Network Brute Force Protection Error

  • “An unknown error prevented the API key request from succeeding. The request for an API key returned an unrecognized response. Please wait a few minutes and try again.”

    Getting this error on several new sites I’m building out.

    Only plugins that are active are BackupBuddy and iThemes Security, both Pro versions.

    Theme is a barebones theme.

    Anyone else having this issue lately?
