Network Admin DNS error
-
Hi,
I have a multisite setup in my WordPress site which was working just dandy on the localhost, but got buddy when live. When navigating to My Sites > Network Admin the Network Admin and all links in the fly-out menu are http//mkdeltalandsgroup.com/… instead of https://mkdeltalandsgroup.com/… and is redirecting me to a “Site Cannot Be Reached DNS Address could not be found”.
I spent an hour on the phone with my server host support centre and 45 minutes last week and none of their WordPress experts were able to assist.
I went into my PHP Admin and checked all the tables to see if there is anything referring to http// instead of https:// but there is nothing. Checked admin-header.php to see if there was anything in there, and nothing.
I’m quite new to WordPress in general, so multi-site was a ambitious undertaking to begin with.
I also get this problem on the log-in screen of mkdeltalandsgroup.com/wp-admin and navigating to the “forgot password” link.
It looks like other people have had similar issues but specific to subdomains but I’m enabled multi-site to have subdirectories, not subdomains. I don’t know if that makes a difference
