I have the newest version of WP and I Love it but I would really love to offer some more options to my readers, such as setting up their own blog on syndenial.com

I know there are PLENTY of FAQs in how to do this, but I am a complete moron when it comes to WP Coding, so I am wondering if there is someone who can, or is willing to walk me through this in as plan as english as it gets.
