Nettiz theme problem with site logo

Since the theme is a block theme and intended to be used with Gutenberg (Dashboard->Appearance->Editor), I’m not quite sure if Elementor will be fully compatible with it.
If you need to change the site logo, you can go to Dashboard->Appearance->Customize, choose Site Identity and you can change the site icon there.

Hi Yoga, yes, I was trying this route, but sadly I don’t have “Customize” menu in “Appearance” menu, only these 3 options:

• Themes
• Theme dashboard
• Editor

Any suggestions?

Do you have Gutenverse plugin installed & activated?
If so, then the option should be available.
Otherwise you can access the customize page by accessing the URL:
https://yourwebiste.com/wp-admin/customize.php

Change the yourwebsite.com part to your website URL.
