netcam not updating only viewing single image

Hi,
I am using the test link supplied in the example and have changed the refresh paremeter from 1000 to 5000 milliseconds but the image is not getting refreshed. I am using wordpress version 4.2.2 could this be why or am I doing something else wrong.Thanks,
