    Hi,

    We have all products inventory set to ‘In Stock’. Why is that all the Net30 orders status are “On Hold” instead of “Pending Payment”?

    Can you elaborate on the process your customers go through to pay? How do you keep a Net30 timeframe? Are you manually processing the payments yourself between that window? Or are there any plugins involved?

    A screenshot of one of the orders would help us know what is occurring. I’d be interested in reviewing the order status and order notes.

    I’d also like to better understand your site. Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.
