Net Sales This Month in Dashboard Not Updated

    Hi,

    After running an import, I notice that the “Net Sales This Month” figure on the WooCommerce Dashboard is incorrect and doesn’t reflect the imported orders. Why is this?

    Hi @sushihost,

    The Order import-export plugin just imports the order data from the CSV file to the database. Currently, Woocommerce does not allow automatically updating the report’s data when the order is imported. The reports data will be automatically updated by Woocommerce when a new order is placed on the site.

    Could you please try using the Clear transients tool to regenerate the reports? Once the orders are imported you may please use the tool from Woocommerce>Status>Tools>Woocommerce clear transients.
