    Hi There,

    I am getting the following error message when using some ISP’s or Mobile Networks. I have been testing mostly with Chrome & vodafone today.

    NET:: ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID

    From what I can see, if I deactivate Wordfence then I no longer see the Error and can access the site. What might be causing this to happen? Has anyone else experienced this?

    Many Thanks

    Zoe

    Hi @zobottherobot,

    It does seem odd to me that this would be remedied by disabling Wordfence as SSL issues should be identified before PHP even runs. It normally wouldn’t be related to any plugins or WordPress settings on your site.

    It would still be worth speaking with your hosting provider’s support channels over an issue such as this, but I’d be more than happy to take a look at a site diagnostic to see if there’s anything we can gather from your configuration. You can send one to wftest @ wordfence . com by finding the link at the top of the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

    NOTE: It should look as follows – Screenshot of Tools > Diagnostic > Send by Email

    Thanks,

    Peter.
