Nested Variations / Variations inside Variation

You can’t do that exactly with variations unfortunately. Each variation is a specific combination of attributes – so, using Colour Type and Colour as your attributes you would have to create variations like:

Standard – A1
Standard – A2
Custom – B1
Custom – B2

That way, when a customer selects Standard, they will only see colours A1 and A2 – but selecting Custom they will only see B1 and B2
