Nested variables (shortcodes)

  • Excellent plugin! I just wrote an review where I explain why I think so.

    My question: Would it be possible to get a feature where I would be able to nest the variables? I have a very good case where such a feature would save me a lot of time. What do I mean exactly?

    1) I create variable ‘version’ with value ’39’
    2) [cgv version] gives me correct and expected value of 39
    3) I create variable ‘file’ with value ‘file_[cgv version].zip’

    If used on page I get a result ‘file_[cgv version].zip’ but I would rather need ‘file_39.zip’. Would it be possible to implement such a feature, please?

    Hi Abdullah,

    Any follow up on this? I just had to change 20 of my pages manually and if I had this it would have been just one touch ??

    No pressure, I do not need to do this often (this was after update to Avada 5) but yeah, it would be nice ??
