Nested pages do not update on Page attribute menu

Hi Kyle,

Thanks a lot for your plugin !

I clone a lot pages (Custom Post Type) with Nested to make sub pages and it works on the Tree view page (please see screenshot).
But when I try to edit a page, the Permalink works but not the Page Attributes on the right sidebar (please see screenshots). I try with Draft, private or published status but it changes nothing.
