Nested Inserts

Hi,

I am trying to use your plugin in the following way:

1. Page A has some content.
2. Page A is inserted into Page B with additional content.
3. Page B is inserted into Page C with more content.

Is this possible? Can I get a result where Page C contains the merged contents of Page A and Page B. At the moment when I view Page C, I see Page B content only – it has not pulled in the content of Page A.

Perhaps I am asking for too much.
