Nested conditional fields data not being emailed

We have tested this on our end and it is working fine. Could you please share some screenshots or a screen recording of your Elementor form where you created the conditions? This will help us understand the issue better.

Hi sorry for slow reply. So I’ve attached some screenshots for an example. The first field is called “are you a:” and is a radio button with options “company” or “individual”. The next field is check box options called “which services do you require” and is conditional on “company” being selected. The next field is a number input box called “number of employees” and is conditional on “payroll” being selected in the previous field. I’ve attached screenshots of the settings of each field, a view of the whole form, and the email content with individual fields specified. I tried it with [all fields] and it didn’t work either. When the form is submitted the results of the “are you a:” and “which services do you require” fields are sent in the email but the “number of employees” is not.

Hi @maxuw,

You are using multiple checkboxes inside the form, and some of your conditions are based on those checkbox values, so it might not work with multiple checkbox selections. For now, you can create a separate checkbox field instead of adding checkbox fields inside only one field, then it should work for you. Otherwise, you can wait for the plugin update.
