Neither Service 1 nor Examples can be opened

In the Third Part Integrations plugin settings I see and existing “Service 1” with a [+] at the head of it’s line and below that a “See examples” also with a [+] but clicking them does nothing.

Also I believe I should see a “Add New Service” button but this is none. Any ideas/suggestions?

I’m using Contact Form 7 with this Plugin
