Neither Search nor Preview Draft working

  • Neither Search nor Preview Draft post are working.

    If I preview a draft post it ‘defaults’ to the home page even though the URL bar says it is showing a preview

    And similarly with Search (standard WP search) it defaults to the home page even though the URL bar says it is showing a search result

    I have tried database cleanup/disabled plugins/used TwentyFifteen theme/

    Site is at THE QUILLCARDS BLOG

    The WordPress blog is on a sub-directory and search and preview used to work, but the developer moved the main site (QUILLCARDS.COM) to a new host along with the blog and it is now running under NGINX – and I feel this may have something to do with it but I don’t know.
