    Hi,

    I’m running a webshop with your integration, and I also have your hardware in our store. Somehow on our WP site, our stock goes negative somehow. Some stock is -7 which shouldn’t be possible. We have disabled backorders, so I don’t see how it should be possible?

    On our iZettle stock on iZettle.com, we also experience that some of the products show up negative.

    Wp-version: 5.7.2
    Woocommerce: 5.3.0
    php: 7.4

    Hi @guzzy711,

    Any stock change events happening either in Zettle or in WooCommerce will automatically be applied to the synced product. When you manually change the product stock on both sites, then the stock reduction would be doubled which can result in negative stock numbers. But beyond that, we don’t see a way to produce this result, so we would like to investigate deeper.
    Can you please open a support ticket with us as described here and share with us your system report and Zettle log file?
    You can copy the logfiles from here:
    WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support
    WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select “zettle-pos-integration-[…]” in the dropdown and click on view.
