Negative side effects with latest version

    Hi there,
    The latest version unfortunately kind of broke my theme. I have only set up one “selectboxes.js” rule because my Boss themes select boxes and the geodirectory plugin select boxes conflict (select boxes show up twice). I have disabled my themes boxes only on the geodirectory pages, which works great (up to 0.2.2) so that there are no more styling issues. The latest version has serious side effects. It removes my complete themes menu structure and messes other elements around so that I had to go back to the previous version. Luckily it kept my pages/post taxonomy rules after deletion so that I didn’t had to put it in again. Hope you figure out what the issue is.

    Could you please provide me more informations?

    Which Buddyboss theme and which version of geodirectory plugin are you using?
    Unfortunately i can’t find a file called “selectboxes.js” in the whole geodirectory plugin with the latest version.

    And i can’t find a file with this name in the buddyboss themes i tested so far.

    Could you also tell me, which script is not loaded (in HTML sourcecode) on that specific page, which is loaded up to 0.2.2 and what rules you are using for this script?

    I will try to improve the whole processing of scripts but at the moment i can’t see any problem with the code.

    Have you tried a reset of all lists? This should actually dont be necessary, but maybe do the trick. But you lost all your settings, which may be annoying.

    It’s the Boss theme 2.2.1 and geodirectory latest version. The selectboxes.js is from the Boss theme. I am using only rules for this js “is unequal to” and I exclude all geodirectory pages, posts and post taxonomies. After the update all the theme’s menu components and the header don’t load on the frontage, which I don’t touch at all. Only selectboxes.js is excluded on some geodirectory pages. That’s all.

    Never mind, I am happy with version 0.2.2 so I will just stay with it. Thanks so much!

    I’m sorry, that i can’t help you. I don’t wanna exclude that i have overlooked something in the code, but it could even be an individual problem with your page configuration.

    Maybe the problem fixes itself with one of the following releases. I will further improve the rules-system and assets enqueue process.
