Negative number in folder

    Hello,
    I have been having a few problems recently with the speed of my dashboard area on WordPress and i have noticed that when i go to my MEdia. Filebird is showing a negative number of files in the uncatagorized folder. currently -145.
    i have roughly 50 images in that folder.
    can you tell me why it would be showing a negative number and can that affect my admin area?

    Thanks for using FileBird!

    Please note that FileBird does not naturally cause such a significant backend loading speed on your site.

    But for the negative count issue, please make sure you are using the latest version of FileBird, and that you do not have other similar plugin installed that might be conflicting.

    Hi Bruce,
    Thank you for replying.
    I am using Filebird Pro Version 4.9.9.1.
    it is only on the folder uncategorized. the folder has an exclamation mark ion it and shows a value of -194.
    can you tell me where filebird stores the folders o that maybe i can purge this folder?
    i have files in this folder but as it is a system folder i cannot delete it

    any help would be great
