Negative balance is added to the checkout cart

In reference to your query , user needs to first add balance in order to change the wallet balance to positive from negative balance and then they can use the wallet for purchase.

Good morning, but currently it allows you to make purchases even if the wallet balance is negative, it does not force you to regularize said amount.

Currently, we don’t have any limitation of a negative balance in our free version of the plugin but you can connect with our support team for this issue and they will try to provide you with a possible solution for it
