Neewbie Question and bit of Help PLZ

  • Hello guys I’m slightly stuck on a few things here and Little bit of help would be great.
    This is my First ever site so the terms used to describe something and find out how to solve issues I’m finding hard.

    If you guys can what is this small menu section in the top right called and easy way to edit or remove them would be awesome.

    my 2nd question see how my homepage is in a grid rows of 3 , how can i change this page to also be a grid page tried a lot of variations yet can’t get it working.

    Any help or suggestions would be a great help to me and really appreciated I’m feeling a bit stuck and wanting to get more content up.

    The theme I’m using is Gem and thank you for any help in advance.

    In Top Right of the screen,the Social Icons Want to place like our demo site.
    Menu doesn’t create in the right side..
    Use the text widget on top right to display social icon with proper HTML Structure.

    We suggest the below plugin for view your Video Collection Page.
    Use Site Origin (Page Builder) Plugin to view the video Collection as Grid 3.

    Solved for anyone else who has issue
