• I manage 50+ WordPress sites every month, and run lots of marketing campaigns on them. I’m perfectly happy to pay for a pro plugin if it means I get a pro product.

This looked like the right tool to use for a handful of current projects, plus more in the future.

I pulled my wallet out and headed over to https://www.analyticatorpro.com/ to buy the pro plugin.

    First impressions:
    – Slides were being cropped
    – Typos on the page (“Lean more” instead of “Learn more”)
    – No support forum
    – No contact page
    – Circular links on the feature blurbs (ie all four selling point icons just link back to the homepage. Why make them links?!)
… Ok… confidence rapidly evaporating… now the deal breaker:
    – Of the two links to the pro plugin, the one that didn’t just link back to the homepage went to a 404 error (https://www.analyticatorpro.com/pro/)

I appreciate that things might be running on a lean budget, but I couldn’t even find a way to let you know discretely (ie a contact page). So here I am publishing this on a support thread instead.

When I came to the support forum here, I saw “1 of 12 support threads resolved in the last two months”.

    Sad face.

This kind of plugin attracts serious businesses with serious budgets. You could be making good coin from this. But the wallet is now back in my pocket.

If you’ve moved on to other projects, then make it known so we can look elsewhere.

Good luck getting some of this worked out.
