Needs work and Developer response is poor and added features are costly

First off, this is a great plugin. I have several small issues with the way the information is shown, but mostly the plugin is excellent.

The bad is that there are not many customizations, however it is free and I understand that free is better than creating it myself. However, there is virtually no user community to provide help and the developer is completely non-responsive.

Lastly, the add-ons that are available seem like a great idea, however they are very expensive as they are packaged as one big add-on as opposed to just selecting something as simple as a theme change.

If the add-ons were broken up more, I guarantee the developer would make more money and this would be a 4 star review. At this time, it’s too cost prohibitive to pay the money they are asking for all add-ons at once, when the ROI is not there. I’d rather hire a developer for 1 hour to make custom changes to the code.
