    Seems like a nice plugin, appears to be along the lines of what I need. Doesn’t work well yet though; I’m not able to edit the ‘submit ticket’ form through the admin dashboard and it would appear that users get to see all the submitted support tickets. Not what I want!

    I’ll keep an eye on future changes, maybe it’ll become something good. Has potential!

    Thanks for your honest feedback. We are actively developing this and other WordPress plugins at the moment (we are focusing a lot on WordPress Plugins and themes at the moment as our clients require it).

    We plan to get a more useful version out later this month, please come back and check it out when we release it. We will try and get the things that you’ve mentioned in there, as an alternative, the code is not too difficult to follow for you to “theme” the plugin manually.
