    It seems that many hosts don’t have Port 43 or Port 4343 open, which are required for the outgoing request. I am on GoDaddy now and they won’t even open the port on request.
    I have found HostGator will, so am moving there.
    Maybe you need to make some statement on the plugin that some providers block the required ports.
