Needs to save the users twitter profile pic

This would be amazing if it would also pull in the twitter users profile picture. I see its not creating a wordpress user by default but perhaps you could just create a hidden user and associate the profile image with that user.

Also would be nice to have the ability to auto approve the tweets when converting them to a comment.
