I love Invisible reCaptcha, but there’s a huge problem: After activating with the API key, it still doesn’t actually protect any forms by default. And, because all of the checkboxes to activate the protections are hidden by tabs, it’s extremely easy to miss that part of the setup.

I just encountered this on a client’s site — she installed and activated the plugin with the API, and thought it was working…but was continuing to get a lot of failed login attempts. I then looked at her settings, and found that NONE of the boxes were checked to actually enable the protection on any pages.

At the very least, I encourage you to enable “Enable Login Form Protection” by default for new installs. Alternatively, you could create an Admin notice/warning that the user still needs to complete configuration.

    Thanks!
