Needs Read Less function

This plugin works great but it isn’t finished. I have lots of LOOONG comments and I need to be able just to show an excerpt. But when the reader has read the comment, they will inevitably want to close it again. The only way to do that is to reload the whole page and then you need to find the comment all over again.

I see people have been asking for this for a long time. A response might help to get your numbers up where they should be for a plugin like this.
