I used it in the past but not now.
#1 sitemap is to big
#2 administration is not user friendly (the self promoting stuff is to much an I think it shoul be more discrete)
#3 ?, ?, ? in meta description are replaced with ?As a conclusion
The plugin has some SEO functionality but is full of ads, is hard to use and still has a lot of bugs.
