• First, the directions feature needs a major overhaul. The search boxes are way out of wack and not intuitive at all for the end user. I shouldn’t have to train my visitors on how to use the system.

    Documentation is non-existent. Options are limited even after purchasing the $50 add-on.

    Requested refund, will see if it’s processed or not otherwise a dispute to PayPal is on order.

    Directions system is updated and will be released in 3.7.6 this week.

    Search boxes are out of whack? How? Please provided details so it can be addressed. I have not had any complaints about that feature in the 5,000+ active installations.

    There are dozens of pages of documentation on the website. What documentation are you looking for?

    Requested refund? When? How? There have been no refund requests in the past 7 days for the Pro Pack add-on. Use https://www.charlestonsw.com/mindset/contact-us/ and provide your PayPal User ID and/or license ID for the Pro Pack.

    Still no refund request or further info provided. Hard to issue a refund to a phantom user. Email? License key? Try using the contact form? Or even post here. Something to relate this to an actual transaction and I can help you with the refund or addressing any issues.
