Needs localhost option for GDPR compliance

Most people are unaware of the privacy implications of using a CDN service. One needs to engange in a data processing agreement with the CDN provider and add it to their privacy policies and what not. Thus,this plugin definitely needs the option to load the icons from the local server in order to avoid the potentially very expensive mistake of using a CDN without proper privacy-arrangements.
