• Right now, the user experience for LearnPress is very poor…especially for the enrolled student.

    Once a user is enrolled and they log in, they get taken to a default My Dashboard that is very confusing for users to navigate. There’s no way to edit this dashboard using Elementor to make the layout make more sense to the user.

    When the user finally finds the course, he/she then has to click on the course, then click on the curriculum before they can see the lessons?

    Why not make it easy like Teachable? Student selects a course then they get taken right away to the curriculum. Why does the flow have to take the student to the overview page on the front end and then click on the curriculum? These are unnecessary additional steps that make it challenging for the users.

    Totally agree with this post and am facing the same issue. Once a user has enrolled and paid for the course it is really not user-friendly to then actually access the course content. Needs serious improvement. Upon completion of payment they are taken to a page that just says ‘Order Received’ with a thumbs up icon and the order details. It seems you can’t edit or personalise this page? It would be good for that page to have a link to the course content/curriculum they’ve just paid for so they can immediately begin accessing the material.

    Agree with previous post that the process to then log in to their account is also very convoluted. I open to a landing page with ‘recent orders’, ‘shipping and billing address’ or ‘edit password and account details’. Left sidebar gives ‘orders’ option also. Selecting ‘orders’ or the ‘recent orders’ option takes me to a list of orders, I then have to select the relevant order to view the details and the title of the course I’ve purchased. Clicking on that title FINALLY gets me to the course content. Really not obvious. I haven’t launched my course yet and can’t until this process is improved. Please sort out ASAP.
