Needing A Customized List With Search (Example Included)

A school district website that I’m developing has a need for a “school finder” tool similar to this:
Any suggestions? They essentially just want a list of all the schools in the district and a search box at the top that filters the list.
All leads and suggestions are more than appreciated. Thanks!!
