Needed: Private Voting Plugin

I’m writing a site that is in need of a voting solution. I am using s2Member for membership logins at various levels. At level #2 or greater, I need a voting feature that is forced to a single vote per member, or user account. I need to be able to hide the current count from both cast and uncast voting accounts until the vote closes. After the vote closes, I need the ability to post the results to members only.

I’ve been unable to fine a suitable plugin thus far. If one exists, please let me know. If not, I’d consider being a guinea pig for a new creation. Thanks much.
