Needed Checkout without automatic update the currency

    Great plugin Oscar! Is there a way to give the possibility to the client to checkout without automatically basing the currency either on his/her billing address nor shipping address

    Example
    Canadian person can decide to pay in USD or in CAD regardless if he/she is in Canada

    I would like to give the possibility to clients simply to pick their preferred currency (1 currency between USD CAD EUR CHF and GBP)
