Need your help changing plugins

Hi there,

First just want to say how excited I am that a headache that I have been struggling with may finally be over with your plugin ??

I am using the Newspaper theme and was first using the Nelio external featured image plugin which they then discontinued and started using their new Nelio plugin and with some tweaks the featured images were working fine. But after finally updating the theme, the images no longer work specifically in the single post page.

Came across your plugin and I activated it along side Nelio and noticed that the image showed up on the problem area (single post page). I now have hope.
I then deactivated Nelio and of course all of the site images are gone but a new post worked perfectly. I noticed in your plugins troubleshooting area you have a SQL command but when i ran that command i got an error message. Noticed that the prefix had to be changed to match ours for wp-postmeta and ran the command again and it ran but 0 rows inserted.

So a bit of a roller coaster lol, any help would be appreciated as I have hope that your plugin is going to fix this headache.
