Need video confrence plugin

    I need WordPress paid /free plugin that support video conferencing with more then one user and record that video also and count the number of hours video is recorded

    So that payment can be done based on video recording during live conference.

    Can any one suggest any plugin .

    or anything else that works in wordpress
