Need Trackback Plugin to eliminate spam

I keep getting trackbacks to my blog posts which is just a link to some random site which all have the same annoying text link:

“I couldn’t understand some parts of this article but it sounds interesting.”

If there is a plugin or some way to eliminate these other than going in to mark each one as “Spam”, I’d love to somehow block them. Every one of them are scraping a portion of my content but not the entire article, so if there’s some other way to eliminate that as the source I’d sure appreciate any help!
