If you need the extra add-on ExportPRO there is one thing that you need to know before using the ATUM is that you will not be able to use your SKUs for uploading you need to have the IDs (that are created when you upload a product to woocommerce) also. We had a lot of products and needed to update some information but since we needed the IDs we could not upload them so all needs to be done manually (many many hours of work). It will also be a problem when we get lists from a supplier with SKUs but no IDs (ofcourse) then manual work needs to be done to upload new information. However they say this is going to be fixed soon so hope that will come soon.

    Hi @sofiahz ,

Thank you very much for your review.

I appreciate your opinion; however, you are commenting on a premium feature of Export PRO. These reviews are intended for the free version only, and we would appreciate accurate information for our users.

Ok did not think about just reviewing the basic part. But I think many do need some extra add-ons also. If I would have known that before started with the free version I might have looked for another. But now that I already added the ATUM free for the client it was to much of work to start over when we noticed we could not upload all information so had to do it manually for hours.

Yes, many people require additional features, but developing them is very expensive. Our company helps by prioritizing premium features based on our business needs. We also require SKU handling, which WooCommerce does not currently support.

Try exporting from ATUM and sorting by name. Then do the same with your third-party list. You should have a fairly similar product order. After that, add the ID column and paste the IDs from WooCommerce. Once you have this list, it’s easy to import.

Have tried that ofcourse. The problem is that the list I have with the supplier information is not the same as the list of products on the page, it has fewer products. So then we still need to go through all of the products and match them with the ID. So however we do it it needs lots of extra work unfortunately. And in the future the client will get lists from the suppliers with their products and new prices. They will have the SKU but not the IDs so again they need to manually ad the IDs to the lists to be able to import them to update the prices.
