• Here is the site in question: https://bldsteelpointe.com/
My client tells me that some people within the organization and some of their partners have experienced slow page load time while other partners and people in the company have no issues.

The pages load fine for me in Firefox, Safari and Google Chrome so I can’t duplicate the problem. I have asked her what browser she is using but have not received an answer. This question often confounds people who are non-technical as they have no concept of browser brands or versions.

What I am trying to figure out is how to troubleshoot a problem I can’t duplicate.

Below are the answers to the troubleshooting checklist:

    • WordPress version: 3.5.1
    • Nextgen version: 1.9.12
    • Nextgen was not upgraded: fresh install
    • Host info: https://support.earthplaza.com (not my choice)
    • MySQL version 4.2.4?
    • Question was not answered directly but was told MySQL met or exceeded these specs.
    • PHP up to date (at least 5.0)?: PHP Version 5.3.18
    • The mod_rewrite Apache module activated?
    • Host told me server meets these specs.
    • PHP Safe Mode OFF?: Host told me server meets these specs.
    • Theme is a custom theme modified from Starkers
    • Installed plugins:
    • Advanced Custom Fields
    • All-in-One Event Calendar by Timely
    • Black Studio TinyMCE Widget
    • Contact Form 7
    • Limit Login Attempts
    • MapPress Easy Google Maps
    • NextGEN Gallery
    • Page Comments Off Please
    • Really Simple CAPTCHA
    • TinyMCE Advanced
    • Use Google Libraries
    • WordPress SEO
    • WP Author Slug

    Thanks.
