Need to sort Last name before first name

    I definitely need these to sort by last name then first name. Without typing these entries over, what can I do to make it work. The founder is from TX and he is showing up last (Michael Chrane) on the TX list. He wants to show up on first page.

    I have tried ascending, descending. Nothing is working. It has to do with the last, first but how do I fix it.

    I did what I could for a quick fix, but really need this fixed.
