Need to show last updated and last published date on my WordPress site

Thanks @humayonk The issue is I don’t have a child theme installed, and I don’t want to install a plugin, since the only use for that plugin will be the last updated date on blogs. Is there an alternative, where I can make changes in the main theme, without having to loose the changes when the theme gets updated? PS: I use a PRO version of this theme

Anyone who can advise on this?

If you don’t want to install a plugin, then child theme would be the one to add the code in the doc above to your site.
