Need to set display_name field to [First Name] [Last Name] as default

When I create a new user, I’d like to set the “Display name publicly as” “[First Name] [Last Name]”.
But it is set [First Name].
How can I do this?

What settings do you have in Ultimate member -> Settings -> General -> Users section and “User Display Name”?
