Need to sell subscriptions, physical products, and downloads from one cart

I have a client for whom I am building a complex site. They need to sell memberships with recurring billing (two tiers, monthly and annual), a physical product, and downloads (large files).

Must-Haves:

1. Authorize.net payment
2. Shortcodes for member-only access to part of a page (make descriptions accessible, but make embedded video only visible to paid members)
3. Unified cart system for all purchases
4. Can sell a physical product, download, and membership all in one purchase order without fail.

Nice-to-Haves:

1. Brightcove video integration
2. Amazon S3 large file sales integration
3. Membership accounts tied to WordPress User structure, instead of separately housed/managed.

Please post your suggestions. I’ve seen a LOT of ecommerce plugins and a lot of membership plugins, but none that really work together perfectly, and none that don’t have problems when you try to sell a physical product and a membership product together in the same purchase. I’m willing to pay a reasonable fee for the right plugin, if it has all the Must-Haves.
