Need to see if the Admin is logged into the dashboard

I have a chat plugin installed on my WP page. Right now it shows up 24/7 and obviously we don’t have someone on the page 24/7 monitoring it so it doesn’t do us too much good. What I’m looking for is a way to only show the chat window on the page if an admin is logged into the dashboard. I found the is_admin() method but that only makes it show up for me, not others when I’m logged in.
