Need to search and replage image urls

I moved my wordpress to a subfolder and was successful for the most part and the dashboard and site are working but one problem I have is that the images in all the posts did not update.
I went into “Media” and all the images in there are updated, it just didn’t update them in the posts.
I tried to use this plugin and did a search and replace like this:
https://www.jozepfit4life.com and replaced it with
https://www.jozepfit4life.com/wordpressI selected all tables and let it run. It broke the website completely so I restored a backup database and now I am back to where I was.
Do you know what I did wrong or how I can do this better?
