Need to restore stats

    We recently (January) did the Pressable swap to a new site but Jetpack is only showing stats from that launch day and not from before. The site url is medolark.com and I am not 100% certain if the earlier stats were from MY WordPress.com account or the one we are using now.

    Can you please tell us a bit more about what you mean and what steps you took to move your site? Was it being hosted somewhere other than Pressable before?

    And was the siteURL always https://medolark.com/? If not, please let us know any previous siteURLs and we will take a look for the historical stats.

    Hi!

    1. We had one Pressable site in our account for the former live site and created a new one for the new site. When we went live, we pointed the domain at the new site.
    2. Following instructions for doing that, we removed Jetpack completely from the old site so we wouldn’t have an identity crisis situation
    3. The siteURL has always been https://medolark.com

    Hi there @andyaffleck,

    Apologies for the delay, it took a little whitl to track down your old site ID.

    I have merged the stats now, so you should be able to see them all at your end. Can you let me know if that is fixed? I can see stats from March 2022 onwards now ??
