Need to reset account

Hi, my WooCommerce Payments account needs to be reset because it requires me to provide an ACN (Australian Company Number) due to me selecting the wrong option during setup. I tried to send a message through the official support page but I haven’t received a reply after 24 hours. I cannot continue with my account setup until this is resolved.
