• My site is twominutebible.com. As of this writing it has not yet launched. I’m still working on it and have run into a problem. I may launch before this issue is solved as I have found a temporary work-around. So you can try to view the site, but I can’t promise it will be available.

I have placed an image immediately under the menu on the Home page. The image is serving as a header and is intended to cover the entire width of the page. But it gets shrunk to accommodate the sidebar, which is on the right side of the page.

Is there a way to “pin” or “stick” (not sure if either of those is the right word) the image in such a way that the sidebar is still on the right side of the page but is positioned below the image, allowing it to fill the entire width of the page?

  • where in what template file of what theme have you added the image code?

you might need to find a location further ‘up’ in the code in a html element which spans the full width.

Ummm… Michael, I appreciate the prompt reply, but I’m not sure I understand it. I don’t know what a template file is. I don’t know what an image code is. I know nothing about code or html. Other than that, I’m a genius. LOL

I’m using a theme called Vantage. I put the image in a Meta Slider. In PageBuilder, I added a row, added a Widget called Visual Editor, and copied in the Meta Slider.

If it helps, the site is now live. twominutebible.com
