need to removed blogroll from my main page, please help

If you are using a widget then might delete that or you may have to delete a reference to the template tag, wp_list_bookmarks(), in your sidebar.php (or whatever template that controls the display of such).

i am new to php, but i have been a senior analyst
for 20 years. i can not locate that reference you
provided in sidebar.php.

i would think it would be below the category block in side-bar,
but it is not there.

i am so frustrated, this should be sort of simple really.

i am using default everything, i just installed last week.

any other suggestions on how i might get this resolved,
it is holding up my project. i have everything ready
but this part.

Yeah, I wonder what you have been analyzing if you can’t follow basic requests such as MichaelH asked, re posting a link to you blog or to the theme you are using, so people can help you.

Did you check to see if it was a widget or not, this could explain why you can’t find it in the sidebar.php of your selected theme.

i did a default install, the default plain jane theme

i have the same thing, but blogroll is between categories and meta.

#1. For the 3rd time, LOOK AT THE WIDGETS (from the main dashboard, choose “Design”, the “Widgets” and see if there is an entry for “Links” remove this and that should get rid of it.

Why will you not post a link to the blog, are you trying to have this board do your job for you? You are being very evasive as to the questions asked in the 3 times you have asked this question on this board?
