need to remove over 4000 posts from my trash

Hey there my wp-trash folder contains over 4000 wordpess posts I would like to clear them all out perminantly atonce is there a way i can do this with a plugin like bulk delete or is their a way of getting them to autodelete after 10 minutes or something along those lines. please help if have to hire a team of people to start deleteing for a week…
